  • If you have logged into your Erskine email and completed the Additional Information Required (phone number and/or email address), you can use this link to reset your password: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ 
    • Microsoft will contact you to verify that you issued the password reset via the method you select
  • If you have not logged into your Erskine email, please create a ticket and let us know how to get in contact with you. We will contact you during our business hours.


  • Please note these password requirements:

    Passwords chosen must:

    • Be a minimum of twelve (12) characters in length
    • Contain at least one (1) character from three (3) of the following categories:
      • Uppercase letter (A-Z)
      • Lowercase letter (a-z)
      • Digit (0-9)
      • Special character (~`!@#$%^&*()+=_-{}[]\|:;”’?/<>,.)

            Passwords chosen must not: Contain any part of your name

            It is strongly recommended that:

  • Passwords are changed twice per year (e.g., when clocks are adjusted in the spring and fall)
  • Each password chosen is new and different
